Responsibilities
- Manage and exceed monthly and quarterly financing targets to drive company revenue growth.
- Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and due diligence on potential borrowers to mitigate risk.
- Identify and acquire new clients through active market research and networking.
- Prepare and present detailed credit proposals and financial reports to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular feedback on market trends.
- Ensure all credit activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in credit marketing or related financial sales roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the Pontianak area for client visits.
