Responsibilities
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the front-of-house and back-of-house crew, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and minimize operational waste.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming outlet environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including POS systems.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is highly regarded.
