Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about English courses and enrollment procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders through excellent communication
  • Process enrollment applications and maintain organized records of all student interactions
  • Coordinate with academic staff to ensure smooth scheduling and program delivery

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) – TOEIC score of 500+ is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
