Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively using available resources and critical thinking.
  • Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality assurance.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support team or supervisor when necessary.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching calls.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Qualifications

  • At least a High School Graduate (Senior High School) or College Level.
  • Open to candidates with NO BPO experience. Fresh graduates and career shifters are highly encouraged to apply!
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills (at least 25 WPM).

  • Applicants with at least 6 months of BPO experience are highly preferred but not required.
