Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies, including email, SMS, and push notification marketing campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior and purchase patterns to segment audiences for personalized marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize the customer loyalty program to drive retention and increase engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, IT, and Operations, to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze ROI, and prepare actionable reports for management.
- Maintain and clean the customer database to ensure high data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM tools, trends, and technologies in the F&B industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, or digital marketing (F&B industry experience is a major plus).
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or local equivalent platforms) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-centric copy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
