Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person with courtesy and accuracy.
  • Handle complaints and issues, providing timely resolutions and follow‑up.
  • Assist with membership sign‑ups, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Provide information about class schedules, facilities, and promotional offers.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth class operations.
  • Gather member feedback to help improve services and programs.
  • Support front‑desk operations during peak hours and special events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy, including CRM/MS Office.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
