Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and inâperson with courtesy and accuracy.
- Handle complaints and issues, providing timely resolutions and followâup.
- Assist with membership signâups, renewals, and cancellations.
- Provide information about class schedules, facilities, and promotional offers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth class operations.
- Gather member feedback to help improve services and programs.
- Support frontâdesk operations during peak hours and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; associateâs or bachelorâs degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy, including CRM/MS Office.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
