Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly assistance in selecting high-quality jewellery and gold products.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product knowledge and consultative selling techniques.
  • Ensure the store environment remains pristine and that all jewellery displays are aesthetically appealing and secure.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service requests with patience and professionalism.
  • Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to offer informed recommendations to customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and maintain precise inventory records.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, luxury goods, or high-end customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident personality.
  • Strong interest in fashion, jewellery, and luxury lifestyle products.
  • Well-groomed appearance and a professional attitude toward work.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic point-of-sale (POS) software.
