Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and courteous customer service to passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and arrival areas.
  • Assist passengers with flight check-in, seat assignments, and baggage drop-off.
  • Handle special passenger requests such as wheelchair assistance, unaccompanied minors, and VIP services.
  • Address passenger inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with airline staff and ground crew to ensure timely flight departures.
  • Manage flight irregularities including delays, cancellations, and rebookings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of passenger interactions and flight data.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
