Responsibilities

  • Handle high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the internal CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments for timely resolution.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards and service level agreements (SLAs) defined by the company.

Qualifications
