Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively by identifying the root cause and providing actionable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Provide detailed product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address complex escalations and improve service delivery processes.
- Contribute to team goals by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time and satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on company policies and service updates to provide consistent and accurate support.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems.
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure or difficult situations.
- A customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on empathy and service excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
