Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential customers in the US market to present and sell electronic products.
- Handle inbound inquiries efficiently, providing detailed product information and resolving customer concerns.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize sales strategies and improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role, preferably with electronic products.
- Exceptional command of the English language (both written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with the US market.
- Strong understanding of or a keen interest in electronic products and consumer technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a persuasive selling style.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable with shift work, including evenings and nights, to align with US business hours.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
