Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive IT security policies and governance frameworks.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across all network infrastructure and applications.
- Act as the primary responder for security incidents, executing containment and remediation protocols effectively.
- Lead continuous monitoring of security systems, including SIEM, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
- Perform regular security audits to identify gaps and propose long-term technical mitigations.
- Provide technical guidance and security training to internal teams to foster a security-first culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or IT Risk Management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, or similar security frameworks.
- Proven experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and EDR solutions.
- Deep understanding of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container security.
- Industry-recognized certifications are highly preferred (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM, CompTIA Security+).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
