Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly while providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Accurately take food and drink orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist in maintaining the bar and dining area to ensure it remains clean and organized.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Process payments accurately and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waitress, server, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong team player with a professional work ethic and punctuality.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
