In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are rigorously applied by all dealers, thereby maintaining the integrity of our brand and service quality. You will act as the guardian of our operational standards, monitoring facilities, infrastructure, and processes to identify gaps and implement effective corrective actions. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of dealer facilities, infrastructure, and operational workflows to ensure full compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the consistent implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all dealer locations.
- Collaborate with regional managers to develop and execute strategies for improving dealer performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure brand consistency by reviewing visual merchandising, display standards, and customer service protocols.
- Identify areas for improvement and lead corrective action plans to address operational gaps.
- Report on standardization metrics, trends, and audit findings to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, dealer management, or quality assurance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant ERP or CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel to various dealer locations within the region.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
