You will act as the guardian of our operational standards, monitoring facilities, infrastructure, and processes to identify gaps and implement effective corrective actions. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of dealer facilities, infrastructure, and operational workflows to ensure full compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the consistent implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all dealer locations.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to develop and execute strategies for improving dealer performance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure brand consistency by reviewing visual merchandising, display standards, and customer service protocols.
  • Identify areas for improvement and lead corrective action plans to address operational gaps.
  • Report on standardization metrics, trends, and audit findings to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, dealer management, or quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant ERP or CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel to various dealer locations within the region.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
