Responsibilities
- Develop and implement department strategies to exceed sales and profitability goals
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates and specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor and analyze department performance metrics, adjusting tactics to maximize results
- Ensure visual merchandising standards align with Christian Dior's brand identity and seasonal campaigns
- Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and product assortment to meet client demand
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture that reflects Maison Dior's values
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized service and clienteling initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion or beauty
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and client expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Filipino; additional languages are a plus
