Aprisium Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Deployment Engineer to join our growing team in Toh Guan, West Region. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining water monitoring systems across various client sites, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and drive continuous improvements in product functionality.
As a Deployment Engineer, you will leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, perform system calibrations, and document service activities. Your proactive approach will help enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our water monitoring solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, adhere to safety regulations, and participate in training sessions to stay current with emerging technologies. Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and configure water monitoring systems at client locations.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure system reliability.
- Conduct system calibrations and performance testing to meet specifications.
- Provide onāsite technical support and training to customers.
- Document service activities, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with product development teams to relay field feedback for product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all field operations.
- Participate in continuous learning initiatives to stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in installation, commissioning, or maintenance of technical systems.
- Strong understanding of water monitoring or similar instrumentation technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemāsolving abilities.
- Good communication skills for effective customer interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and diagrams.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Singapore as required.
