Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional hardware and software engineering teams to deliver complex products on time and within budget.
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business strategy.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while identifying and mitigating technical risks.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical stakeholders, engineering leads, and management.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes within engineering projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in engineering program management, project management, or a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of hardware-software integration and system architecture.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
