Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and our official website.
- Execute targeted paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to boost lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage community interactions and build brand awareness within the hospitality education sector.
- Coordinate with the internal team to photograph and film culinary/hospitality training activities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and algorithms to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media analytics.
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment.
