Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies that align with brand objectives and business goals.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, from conceptualization and platform selection to implementation and post-campaign analysis.
- Monitor digital media performance metrics (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative teams, content creators, and agencies to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies, platform updates, and best practices in social media and digital advertising.
- Optimize paid media budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and maximum impact.
- Foster community engagement through proactive brand communication and trend-setting content distribution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or media management, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Expertise in social media platforms, programmatic advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM/SEO).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
