You will take end-to-end ownership of our social media ecosystem, from strategic content planning and community management to performance analysis. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, brand-aligned multimedia content including graphics, reels, and copy.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to inquiries and fostering positive brand conversations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with major retail promotions and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to generate monthly reports and optimize ongoing strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities in the electronics retail sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices (Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, Meta Business Suite).
  • Proficiency in creative design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
