Brightserve Solutions Inc is actively seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our client's casual dining restaurant as Dining Staff based at Session Road, Benguet. As a key member of the service team, you will contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests while delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Your responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals promptly, and ensuring that every guest's needs are met with professionalism and courtesy. You will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to health and safety standards, and processing payments efficiently. This full-time position offers a competitive salary package ranging from ₱13,000 to ₱15,000 per month, plus opportunities for career advancement within the hospitality industry. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage items.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back regularly and addressing any concerns.
- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Assist with side work such as folding napkins, refilling condiments, and restocking supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree in Hospitality a plus).
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a waiter, waitress, or dining staff in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and change.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be willing to work in Session Road, Benguet.
