As a Dive Master, you will play a crucial role in our aquatic recreation programs, leading underwater adventures and maintaining the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead certified diving tours and discovery dives for guests in a safe and professional manner.
- Conduct pre-dive safety briefings and thorough equipment checks before every excursion.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and organization of all dive gear, cylinders, and storage areas.
- Assist PADI Instructors with training scenarios, student checks, and exam preparations.
- Monitor guest well-being during the dive and provide immediate assistance if necessary.
- Participate in marine conservation initiatives and reef cleaning activities.
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with international guests.
Qualifications
- Valid and current PADI Divemaster certification (or equivalent).
- Current CPR and First Aid (Emergency First Response) certifications.
- Diving Medical Certificate (Fit to Dive) within the last 12 months.
- Strong swimming skills and the ability to perform rescue techniques comfortably.
- Good command of English and basic proficiency in Malay is an advantage.
- Passion for the underwater world and commitment to environmental sustainability.
