As a key member of our response team, you will attend to medical emergencies, provide on-site treatment, and assist in rescue operations during events, industrial sites, or community incidents. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive timely, professional care in critical situations.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies at events, workplaces, or public venues
- Assess patient conditions and administer appropriate pre-hospital care including CPR, defibrillation, wound management, and medication
- Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment such as stretchers, oxygen delivery systems, and portable defibrillators
- Document patient information, treatment provided, and assist in handover to higher level care
- Conduct first aid demonstrations and training sessions for clients and community groups
- Coordinate with emergency services and medical directors to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in rescue operations including water, height, or confined space scenarios as required
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of ambulances, first aid stations, and medical supplies
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Paramedicine, Nursing, or related medical field
- Valid paramedic certification (e.g., Singapore Paramedic Registration, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a medic, paramedic, or emergency responder
- Current BCLS, ACLS, and PHTLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to perform rescue tasks including lifting and carrying patients
- Valid driver’s licence (Class 3 or equivalent) preferred for ambulance operations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
