Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Silver Generation Office team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement programs and services that address the evolving needs of elderly residents in the community
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations to create comprehensive support networks
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven improvements to enhance service quality
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for division initiatives
- Represent the organization in community outreach and stakeholder engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in community services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of the needs and challenges facing elderly populations in Singapore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proven experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative work environment
