Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics based on sketches and engineering specifications.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to clarify design requirements and resolve technical discrepancies.
- Maintain and organize digital drawing files, ensuring version control and accuracy across all project documentation.
- Update existing drawings to reflect site changes or modifications as requested by the project team.
- Review blueprints to ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Produce accurate material take-offs and bills of quantities as required for project procurement.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and technical reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role (fresh graduates with strong technical proficiency are encouraged to apply).
- High proficiency in AutoCAD or other industry-standard drafting software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit).
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and blueprint reading.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
