As a Drafter at INITIA, you will be the backbone of our creative process, translating innovative design concepts into precise, actionable technical drawings. You will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure our high-end outlets and retail spaces are executed with technical excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that shape the urban landscape of Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, floor plans, and elevation views for F&B, Wellness, and retail projects.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure all drawings comply with local building regulations and company standards.
- Modify and update existing drawings based on site survey results and design revisions.
- Generate comprehensive material schedules and technical specifications for contractors and vendors.
- Collaborate with construction teams to resolve technical issues during the fit-out process.
- Maintain an organized digital library of CAD files and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and ensure design intent is accurately represented in the build.
Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a drafting role, preferably within the hospitality or retail sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local architectural standards.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
