We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Drafter to join our technical team in the heart of Chinatown. In this role, you will play a critical part in translating architectural concepts into precise technical drawings, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and aesthetic excellence.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D/3D technical drawings and construction details using AutoCAD.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of plans to government authorities via CORENET.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure drawings adhere to A&A project specifications.
- Update and revise drawings based on site feedback and consultant changes.
- Ensure all submissions comply with BCA and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Maintain an organized filing system for project documents and drawing revisions.
- Coordinate with internal team members to resolve design conflicts prior to submission.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Nitec in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in drafting, specifically for A&A or renovation projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with Revit or BIM is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes and regulatory submission processes.
- Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings with high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team.
- Familiarity with CORENET submission protocols.
