Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and blueprints for public infrastructure projects
- Operate CAD software to create and modify architectural and engineering designs
- Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, safety regulations, and municipal standards
- Collaborate with engineers to finalize specifications and construction details
- Conduct field measurements and site verification for accuracy
- Maintain organized digital and physical archives of all project documentation
- Review and approve drafting work submitted by junior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional drafting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard drafting software
- Strong understanding of technical drawing principles and construction methodologies
- Knowledge of Philippine National Building Code and local regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in technical documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
