Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Draftsman I (B) to join a dynamic team in Metro Manila. In this role, you will play a critical part in the technical documentation and visual representation of architectural and engineering projects. You will be responsible for translating conceptual designs into precise technical drawings, ensuring that all plans comply with local building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.

Whether you are creating floor plans, elevations, or complex technical sections, your work will form the backbone of our construction and development projects. Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise detailed technical drawings, floor plans, and architectural layouts using CAD software.
- Coordinate with engineers and architects to incorporate design changes into existing blueprints.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with the Philippine National Building Code and local regulatory standards.
- Maintain an organized digital library of project drawings, revisions, and technical documentation.
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements and gather data for accurate project drafting.
- Perform quantity take-offs and assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as needed.
- Collaborate with the construction team to clarify design specifications and resolve field issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a Diploma in Drafting Technology.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience in Revit or SketchUp is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural standards, building materials, and construction methodology.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of precision and quality control.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple drafting projects simultaneously.
