Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of all public areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
- Ensure restrooms are consistently clean, stocked with supplies, and odor-free
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners safely and efficiently
- Assist with setup and breakdown of furniture for events, ensuring all items are arranged neatly
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, reporting low inventory to the supervisor
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for additional cleaning or assistance
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property to management
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a similar role is an advantage but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Physically fit, capable of standing, walking, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within a schedule
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
