This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package that includes a Basic Salary, attractive Profit Sharing, and a performance-based Variable Bonus (VB), recognizing your hard work and dedication. Your work schedule will be a 5-day work week, from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and crucially, this includes working on weekends and public holidays, which are often the busiest and most rewarding times in retail.

Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage customers, offering personalized assistance and product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Proactively achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, features, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store is aesthetically pleasing, organized, and inviting.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handle cash, and manage various payment methods.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment, transfers, and conducting stock counts as required.
- Handle customer feedback and returns professionally, striving for positive resolutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the sales floor, changing rooms, and stock areas at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-2 years preferred) in a retail sales environment, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- A strong customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for sales and delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per operational needs.
- Basic proficiency in using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and comfortable with general computer operations.
- Energetic, proactive, and positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Comfortable commuting to the Katong area in Singapore.
