Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of infants and toddlers at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate developmental activities to encourage cognitive and motor skills.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, including feeding, diaper changing, and nap-time routines.
- Observe and document each child’s development progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Manage emotional regulation support for toddlers, ensuring a calm and nurturing atmosphere.
- Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations within the facility.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Previous experience working with infants or toddlers in a childcare or nursery setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate empathetically with parents and colleagues.
- Possess a genuine passion for early childhood development and child safety.
- Excellent patience, reliability, and emotional intelligence.
