Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ecommerce store operations, including product uploading, inventory management, and price updates.
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide actionable insights to improve store metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external platforms to ensure smooth promotional campaign execution.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently to maintain high store ratings.
- Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Ensure all store content and listings are accurate, attractive, and optimized for search.
- Prepare regular reports on ecommerce performance and KPIs for management review.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce operations or a similar digital retail role.
- Strong understanding of major Indonesian ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry tasks.
- Willingness to work on-site in the PIK2 area.
