Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive learning materials including e‑learning modules, presentations, and handbooks.
- Maintain and update knowledge repositories to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Plan, host, and facilitate live webinars and virtual training sessions for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to extract expertise and translate it into effective training content.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, analytics, and post‑session evaluations, recommending continuous improvements.
- Support the coordination of logistics for training events, including scheduling, platform setup, and participant communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating learning content and delivering training or webinars.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum development.
- Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Effective project management abilities, including multitasking and meeting deadlines.
