Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive electrical systems including control panels and instrumentation setups.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC and SCADA systems to ensure seamless operational efficiency.
- Prepare accurate cost estimations and material take-offs for various engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet international standards and client specifications.
- Conduct rigorous testing and commissioning of electrical systems to guarantee performance reliability.
- Generate detailed technical documentation, schematics, and wiring diagrams for project implementation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization to reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; Licensed Professional Engineer (PEE/REE) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical design, specifically in industrial automation.
- In-depth knowledge of PLC (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and SCADA software platforms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar CAD software for schematic design.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and international safety standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
