In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our design and engineering operations. Your expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP will be crucial in developing detailed 3D BIM models, construction drawings, and design documentation. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers, ensuring that all electrical systemsâincluding medium and low voltage power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, and telecommunicationsâare perfectly coordinated and integrated within the overall building model.

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models and 2D drawings for electrical systems using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines to integrate electrical designs and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
- Prepare construction documents, single line diagrams, schematics, and equipment schedules.
- Ensure designs comply with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), project specifications, and international standards (ANSI/IEEE).
- Conduct virtual design and construction (VDC) reviews and participate in model progression meetings.
- Assist in quantity take-offs, material estimates, and cost analysis for electrical components.
- Revise and update models and drawings based on RFIs, site conditions, and design changes.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of departmental BIM standards and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in electrical design using Revit MEP.
- Extensive experience in the design of power, lighting, and auxiliary systems for buildings.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
- Strong knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC, file sharing, and version control protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
