Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor electrical work procedures to ensure technical accuracy.
- Provide expert technical guidance to site teams regarding electrical installations and troubleshooting.
- Ensure all electrical activities strictly comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend preventative maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to plan electrical upgrades and facility improvements.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, test results, and compliance reports.
- Supervise external contractors to ensure project quality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Resolve complex electrical malfunctions efficiently to minimize operational downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or facility management (fresh graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient knowledge of local electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical diagrams and technical blueprints.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel to various sites within the Johor region as required.
