Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage M&E project site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and progress.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for project review meetings.
- Manage the procurement of materials and ensure efficient resource allocation on-site.
- Review electrical drawings and layouts to ensure they meet local building codes and standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and propose effective engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related M&E discipline.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction or M&E industry.
- Strong understanding of local building regulations, electrical standards, and safety guidelines (WSH).
- Proficient in technical software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or project management tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage vendor and subcontractor relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
- Must be able to start work immediately.
