We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical & Instrument Coordinator to join our team in South Kalimantan. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical and instrumentation activities across our operations, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and reliability. You will work closely with engineering, maintenance, and project teams to coordinate installations, troubleshoot complex systems, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is proficient in PLC & SCADA programming, IoT integration, instrument calibration, and electric motor control. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise electrical and instrumentation maintenance, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC, SCADA, and control systems to minimize downtime.
- Lead the integration of IoT solutions for real-time monitoring and data analytics.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage instrument calibration schedules and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with procurement and vendors to source quality electrical components and panels.
- Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and junior staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation coordination within industrial environments (mining, oil & gas, manufacturing preferred).
- Strong proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and SCADA systems.
- Hands-on experience with IoT integration, sensor networks, and data acquisition.
- Expertise in instrument calibration, electric motors, motor control centers (MCC), and panels.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian safety regulations and standards (SMK3, K3).
- Willingness to be based in South Kalimantan and work flexible hours as needed.
