Stella International is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Electrical Officer to join our team in Sukoharjo. You will be the primary lead for electrical integrity on the shop floor, conducting regular inspections, leading audit preparation, and driving initiatives that minimize our environmental impact. Responsibilities
- Conduct daily HSE shop floor inspections to monitor electrical safety protocols and equipment integrity.
- Support CSR and sustainability audits to ensure operational alignment with global environmental and safety standards.
- Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce the facility's carbon footprint.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance checks on critical electrical systems and fire safety equipment.
- Manage technical documentation, including safety reports, energy consumption logs, and audit trails.
- Provide technical support and training to shop floor staff regarding electrical hazards and safe work practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve safety non-conformities identified during internal or external audits.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with a focus on electrical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical safety regulations and international sustainability standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Demonstrated experience in conducting safety and compliance audits.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and specialized electrical documentation software.
- Strong communication skills, capable of training and influencing personnel at various levels of the organization.
- Certification in K3 Listrik (Electrical Occupational Health and Safety) is highly desirable.
