AlwaysHired is seeking a motivated Electronic Operator to join our manufacturing team in the East Region. This full-time role offers a competitive salary with allowances and immediate start for the right candidate. You will work on the production floor within a dynamic electronics assembly environment, contributing to high-quality outcomes and efficient processes.
As an Electronic Operator you will monitor and operate production equipment, assist with assembly and testing of electronic components, and support routine preventive maintenance. You will collaborate with engineers and quality teams to ensure products meet performance specifications and safety standards. Daily tasks include machine setup, parameter verification, data logging, and adhering to standard operating procedures to minimize waste and downtime.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor electronic production lines and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform assembly, testing, and calibration of electronic components and subassemblies.
- Record production data, quality metrics, and downtime; promptly report deviations to supervisors.
- Assist with routine maintenance and basic repairs of production equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Collaborate with engineers and QA to verify product specifications and troubleshoot issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation efforts.
Qualifications
- Diploma or technical certificate in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience in electronics assembly, testing, or production line operations preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical safety and handling of electronic equipment.
- Familiarity with measurement tools and test equipment (multimeters, basic scopes) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to work shifts as required; immediate availability is a plus.
