Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all utility metering systems for accurate data collection and consumption analysis
- Develop and implement energy management strategies to optimize facility performance
- Monitor utility consumption patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct regular energy audits and prepare detailed performance reports
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment efficiency and compliance
- Stay updated on emerging energy technologies and regulatory requirements
- Lead sustainability initiatives aligned with corporate environmental goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities energy management
- Proficiency in energy management software and data analysis tools
- Certification in energy management (e.g., CEM, LEED) preferred
- Strong understanding of utility billing structures and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex energy data
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder reporting and presentations
