Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic energy management plans to optimize building energy performance.
- Conduct regular energy audits and identify high-impact energy conservation measures (ECMs).
- Analyze facility utility data to track consumption trends, forecast costs, and report on sustainability KPIs.
- Collaborate with facility management teams to ensure building systems operate at peak efficiency.
- Lead and mentor junior staff members on energy best practices and sustainable operational standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for energy-efficient equipment installations and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and internal sustainability reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in energy management, facilities management, or environmental engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in energy modeling software and Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of energy efficiency regulations and sustainability certifications (e.g., LEED, EDGE).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical data to stakeholders.
- Proven track record of project management and leading technical teams.
- Professional license (PRC) is highly preferred.
