Private Advertiser, a trusted name in the government and defence sector, is currently seeking a full-time Enforcement Officer to join our dedicated team in Midview, North Region. This role is crucial in protecting the community and ensuring that all regulations are followed within public spaces.
Key Responsibilities
As an Enforcement Officer, you will be entrusted with maintaining order and compliance through various duties. You will conduct routine and ad-hoc patrols across assigned areas to prevent and detect breaches. You will engage with members of the public, officers of other agencies, and stakeholders to promote understanding of by-laws. Enforcement actions such as warnings, notices, and fines will be issued appropriately. You will also maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide testimony in court as needed. Your role is essential in upholding the rule of law and public trust.
What We Are Looking For
We require candidates who possess at least GCE 'O' Level qualifications, with a preference for those with prior experience in enforcement, security, or a related field. The ideal candidate is observant, calm under pressure, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently are essential. You must be physically fit and willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. A valid Singapore driver's license would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols in designated public areas to monitor compliance with regulations.
- Issue warnings and summonses for violations of relevant laws and by-laws.
- Provide advice and education to the public on regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with other enforcement agencies and departments as necessary.
- Attend court proceedings when required to testify or provide evidence.
- Respond to complaints and enquiries from the public regarding enforcement issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in enforcement, security, or related field is an advantage.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Good knowledge of local laws and regulations.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors for long periods.
- Must be willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Possession of a valid Singapore driver's license is a plus.
