Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise the construction and maintenance of municipal infrastructure projects.
- Conduct structural inspections, feasibility studies, and site surveys to ensure project integrity.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical reports using AutoCAD.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with Civil Service Commission rules, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and government agencies to resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License is required.
- Civil Service Eligibility (Professional) or equivalent government eligibility.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in municipal or civil engineering projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CAD software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the Ilocos Region.
