Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of complex engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct advanced technical analysis and provide expert recommendations to improve project outcomes.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and oversee quality control protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering requirements into overall business objectives.
- Review and approve detailed engineering designs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries and stakeholder communications.
- Implement safety standards and best practices to minimize risks during project implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from an accredited institution.
- Must hold a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in an engineering role, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local engineering codes, standards, and government regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or industry-specific tools).
- Strong project management skills, including experience with scheduling and budget management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
