Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects and maintenance activities.
- Monitor and document equipment performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports, schedules, and work orders for engineering tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of machinery and systems.
- Support shift operations by liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flow.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and basic technical drawing skills.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic engineering software.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
