Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment required for daily engineering operations.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests to identify potential issues and report findings to the team.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks under the supervision of experienced staff to ensure equipment longevity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Help troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and support the implementation of effective solutions.
- Document completed work, parts usage, and observations accurately in service and maintenance logs.
- Contribute to ad-hoc engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (STM/SMA Teknik background is highly preferred).
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
- Strong manual dexterity and comfort using hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Physically fit, capable of performing manual tasks, and willing to work in varied environments.
