Responsibilities
- Assist in the optimization of battery recycling and production processes.
- Conduct data collection and performance analysis for pilot plant operations.
- Support the R&D team in prototype testing and materials characterization.
- Maintain and update engineering documentation, SOPs, and project reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and quality standards are strictly followed.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of production line machinery.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering.
- Strong understanding of fundamental engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) or simulation tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in battery technology and sustainability.
