Responsibilities
- Lead cross functional projects on process optimization and equipment reliability across lines and facilities.
- Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Apply root cause problem solving with basic tools such as 5 Whys and Ishikawa diagrams to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with maintenance, production, quality, and safety teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.
- Develop and present project status updates, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Rotate through functions and sites to gain breadth and contribute from day one.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Evidence of leadership potential through internships, student organizations, projects, or competitions.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; proficient in English; comfortable presenting to teams.
- Willingness to relocate or travel within Metro Manila and other sites as needed.
